Many congratulations to Briar and Andy on the birth of their daughter Isla!

The next date for your diary is October 17th at 11 am for the next gathering of the Community Gardening Club.

Watch out for daffodils, primroses and foxgloves next year in what we hope will become a wild flower garden area next to the vets on Parish Lane planted last month.

If you would like to help next month either physically or by donating plants, seeds or refreshments – please get in touch here.

Thursday 18th November, venue to be confirmed.

Whisky tasting and ghost stories evening.

Dress: suitably black and have your ghost story ready to tell!

8th January 2011, 4pm-6pm at the Holy Trinity Church Hall

A second light hearted murder mystery afternoon following on from the success of Lady Bountiful’s Drawing Room Drama.

Please make a note in your new diary!

The action will have moved on to wartime England. Find out what has happened to your favourite character and meet some new ones!

I have a number of padded bags and ring binder folders going spare if anyone interested. The padded bags are years of Amazon purchases etc and would be useful to anyone who does a lot of EBay sales.

Please contact [email protected], if interested
