Meet us outside the Moon and Stars in Penge High Street at 1000 hrs for a walk taking in the houses where Walter de la Mare lived circa 1890 and 1925, ending in Thornsett Road, where he wrote “The Listeners”. No dogs please.

Treasure Hunt from the Moon and Stars to the Bridge House Tavern– meet at 1200 hrs at the Library in Maple Road for first clue – a family event with a prize for the winner or winning family

Join with us from 1900 hrs to 2100 hrs at Kenilworth Hall, Penge Congregational Church (Kenilworth Road entrance) for an evening of fun, including “the last one standing”, a game or two of bingo and a quiz to see how much we all know about Penge. All of this knocked back with a glass of ale or wine – what more could you want?
